The 14-day promise.
Use it for 14 days after delivery (the day we email your download link): until the end of October 30, 2026 for Creator and Studio; for Agency, counted from the day its tools arrive: until the end of November 6, 2026. Paris time. If it's not for you, reply to your receipt and get a full refund. No form needed, no call, no questions.
Buying on or after October 16, 2026? Delivery is the day you buy, so your 14 days count from the day after your purchase (Agency: at least until the end of November 6, 2026).
Changed your mind before it ships? Full refund, any time.
If a ship date moves, we'll email you before it does, and you can take a full refund that day.
The Club renews monthly until you cancel. Cancel any time, and your first month comes back in full within 14 days if you haven't used any Club content yet.

1. Your edition: when you get a full refund
- Before delivery: any time. Cancel your pre-order and get your money back, whatever the reason.
- After delivery: within 14 days. Your delivery day is the day we email you the download link, and the 14 days are counted from the day after it. Every edition ships on October 16, 2026, so for Creator and Studio that means until the end of October 30, 2026. For Agency, the 14 days count from the day after its extra tools arrive (Brand Engine, Batch, Content Calendar and client brand kits, by October 23, 2026), so until the end of November 6, 2026. Paris time. If a delivery happens later than planned, the 14 days count from the day after it actually happens.
- Bought on or after October 16, 2026: your download and licence key are ready right after checkout, so your delivery day is the day you buy and the 14 days count from the day after it. For Agency bought before its extra tools arrive, the 14 days count from the day after the tools arrive, so you always have at least until the end of November 6, 2026.
- If a date moves. We'll email you before it moves. You can wait for the new date, or take a full refund that same day. If you wait, the two promises above still apply.
- If your Mac doesn't meet the requirements (Apple silicon, M1 or later, with macOS 13.3 or later, and Claude Desktop for Mac), you're covered by the same promises: ask before delivery or within the 14 days.
A full refund means the whole amount you paid, including any VAT, GST or sales tax collected at checkout.
2. The V LAB Club
- Cancel any time from your Lemon Squeezy customer portal (the "Manage subscription" link in your Club emails), or email support@vlab-studio.com. Cancelling stops all future payments. The Club stays active until the end of the month you've already paid for.
- Your first Club payment is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of joining, counted from the day after your first payment, and you haven't used any Club content yet (no Club template, sound or 3D effect in a project or render).
- After that, cancelling stops future renewals, and payments already made aren't refunded, except where the law requires it.
- What you keep. Templates, sounds and 3D packs you received while you were in the Club stay unlocked after you cancel.
- If your edition is refunded, we cancel your Club subscription at the same time, so it doesn't renew.
3. How to ask
Reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt, email support@vlab-studio.com from the address you used at checkout, or use the online form below. Your order number helps, but it isn't required. You don't have to give a reason.
Cancel your order or withdraw
Use the email button, write to us in your own words, or fill in the online form below. Each one counts the same, and you don't have to give a reason. We'll confirm by email, without delay, that we've received it, with the date.
The button opens an email to us with the details we need already laid out: your name, the email you used at checkout, what you're cancelling and, if you have it, your order number. Send it as it is, or write the same thing in your own words.

4. What happens next
- We issue the refund through Lemon Squeezy, our reseller, to your original payment method. Lemon Squeezy says a refund can take up to 10 days to show on your statement.
- For an edition, your licence key is disabled, and V LAB Studio stops working on your Macs at its next licence check. Please uninstall it. Videos you made before the refund stay yours (see the Licence Agreement).
- For the Club, the subscription ends and won't renew.
5. Your statutory rights
These promises add to your statutory consumer rights. They don't replace them.
- In the EU and the UK, consumers who buy online can usually withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. For digital content, that right can end once delivery has started with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose it (in France: articles L221-18 and L221-28 13° of the Code de la consommation). The same applies to a subscription such as the Club, counted from the day you join.
- Our promise for your edition goes further. You can cancel any time before delivery and for 14 days after it, whether or not you've downloaded or installed anything. Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms say that by downloading you consent to immediate delivery and give up the statutory right of withdrawal. That doesn't affect this promise: we never ask you to give it up to get the software.
- Where the law gives you a broader right than this policy, for example because the conditions for losing the right of withdrawal weren't met, the law applies.
- Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record for your purchase. Its Buyer Terms also let you get a refund on a pre-order until the content is delivered. Under those terms, Lemon Squeezy can refuse a refund where it finds evidence of fraud or abuse.
- Nothing here limits the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content.
6. Before you open a dispute
Please write to us first. A refund through us is faster than a card dispute, and it reaches you in full.
