Terms of sale and use.

1. Who we are

V LAB Studio is made by Vlad TUDOR, trading as V LAB (entrepreneur individuel (EI), micro-entreprise · SIRET 988 992 160 00016), 119 avenue Gabriel Péri, 92260 Fontenay-aux-Roses, France ("V LAB", "we", "us"). Contact: support@vlab-studio.com. The full legal notice is on the Legal notice page.

These Terms apply to everyone who buys, installs or uses V LAB Studio or joins the V LAB Club ("you"). The Licence Agreement, the Refund policy and the Privacy policy are part of them.

2. Who sells to you: Lemon Squeezy

Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Link, LLC, formerly Lemon Squeezy LLC, 222 South Main Street, Suite 500, Salt Lake City, Utah 84101, USA). Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record: the authorized reseller of V LAB Studio and of the V LAB Club. When you check out, you buy from Lemon Squeezy. It takes the payment, calculates and collects VAT, GST or sales tax where it applies, issues your receipt and invoice, charges the monthly Club renewals and appears on your card statement.

Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms apply to the purchase itself (payment, taxes, the order), and its Privacy Policy applies to the data it collects at checkout. Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms say that software is licensed to you by its supplier under the supplier's own licence: for V LAB Studio, that is our Licence Agreement. These Terms cover everything between you and us: what V LAB Studio and the Club are, how and when they are delivered, our refund promises, and how you may use them. Where Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms govern payment or taxes, they apply on that point. Our refund promises apply in addition to theirs.

3. What V LAB Studio is

V LAB Studio is a paid extension for Claude Desktop on Mac: a video studio that makes the video for you. You type /vstudio in a Claude chat and describe the video, or pick a template. Claude directs it, V LAB Studio builds the motion-design video, and your Mac renders it. On Studio and Agency, Edit my video takes a talking clip you filmed: it transcribes the speech on your Mac (the clip isn't uploaded; the transcript text is shared with Claude so it can plan the edit), cuts the pauses, adds word-timed captions, reframing and zoom beats, effects, and music and sound effects from our own library. It is software you install, not a website you log into, and there are no render credits.

V LAB Studio is an independent plugin, not made by or affiliated with Anthropic, and not endorsed or sponsored by it. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC. We name Claude only to say what V LAB Studio works with.

4. Editions

Renders are unlimited on your licensed Macs, with no credits and no per-video fees. Your Claude plan's usage limits still apply. Each edition includes what the product page describes on the day you order.

5. What you need

• A Mac with Apple silicon (M1 or later) running macOS 13.3 or later, with about 2 GB of free disk space. The on-device transcription in Edit my video is built for that. Intel Macs and Windows are not supported.
• Claude Desktop for Mac, signed in with your own Claude account. Your use of Claude is billed by Anthropic, not by us. We recommend a paid Claude plan (for example Pro, about $20 a month, set by Anthropic): a video takes many steps, and free-plan limits run out fast.
• An internet connection to download V LAB Studio, to download its render engine on first run (about 1 GB), to activate your licence and re-check it at least once every 14 days (section 10), and for Claude. Rendering and transcription run on your Mac.
• If your company has 4 or more employees: your own Remotion company licence (see section 11).

Please check these before you order. If your Mac doesn't meet them, you can cancel before delivery or within 14 days after it for a full refund, like any other order.

6. Prices and payment

• Prices are in US dollars and include VAT or GST where it applies (US sales tax may be added where the law requires it). Lemon Squeezy collects it at checkout.
• Founding prices (Creator $49, Studio $99, Agency $349) apply to pre-orders placed before ship day, October 16, 2026 (Paris time). From ship day, regular prices apply: Creator $99, Studio $199, Agency $499. There is no limit on the number of founding-price orders and no countdown.
• Your edition is one payment. It doesn't renew.
• The V LAB Club is billed monthly, in advance, from the day you join, until you cancel (section 9).

7. Pre-order and delivery

• You're charged at checkout, and that locks your founding price.
• Delivery means the day we make V LAB Studio available to you and email you the download link and install steps. For every edition, that is October 16, 2026, Paris time, unless the date moves as described below.
• Agency's extra tools (Brand Engine, Batch, Content Calendar and client brand kits) arrive as an update by October 23, 2026. Everything else in Agency is delivered on October 16.
• Your licence key is created when you order. Lemon Squeezy shows it in your receipt and on your Lemon Squeezy order page. You'll use it once the software is delivered.
• After delivery, the download stays available from your Lemon Squeezy order page.
• If a date moves, including the date for Agency's extra tools, we'll email you before it does. You can wait for the new date, or take a full refund that same day.

8. Cancellation and refunds

• Before delivery: cancel any time for a full refund.
• After delivery: a full refund within 14 days, counted from the day after delivery, with no form, no call and no questions. For Creator and Studio delivered on October 16, 2026, that is until the end of October 30, 2026. For Agency, the 14 days count from the day after its extra tools arrive (by October 23, 2026), so until the end of November 6, 2026. Paris time. If a delivery happens later than planned, the 14 days count from the day after it actually happens.
• Bought on or after October 16, 2026: delivery is immediate (your download and licence key are ready right after checkout), so the 14 days count from the day after your purchase. For Agency bought before its extra tools arrive, they count from the day after the tools arrive, so you always have at least until the end of November 6, 2026.
• If a date moves and you'd rather not wait: a full refund that day.
• The V LAB Club has its own rules: see section 9.

How to ask, and what happens next, is in the Refund policy. These promises add to your statutory rights, including the right of withdrawal where it applies.

9. The V LAB Club (optional subscription)

• What it is. An optional monthly add-on with the same content for every edition: 10 new templates every month, new sounds in the SFX library and new 3D effect packs.
• You need an edition. The Club works on top of Creator, Studio or Agency. It opens on October 16, 2026.
• Price, by the edition you own: $50 a month with Creator, $35 with Studio, $25 with Agency. The more you paid upfront, the less you pay each month. Please choose the Club option for the edition you own. If you choose one for an edition you don't own, we'll ask you to switch, and if you don't, we may cancel it and refund the payment for the current month.
• Renewal. The Club renews automatically every month, on the day of the month you joined, until you cancel. Lemon Squeezy charges the payment method you used and emails you a receipt for each renewal.
• Cancel any time, online, from your Lemon Squeezy customer portal (the "Manage subscription" link in your Club emails), or by emailing support@vlab-studio.com. Cancelling stops all future payments. The Club stays active until the end of the month you've already paid for.
• What you keep. Templates, sounds and 3D packs you received while you were in the Club stay unlocked after you cancel, under the same licence as your edition. You just stop getting new ones.
• What it doesn't do. Club packs are new content. They never unlock a higher edition's templates, library or features. For example, the Club doesn't give Creator the Studio templates or Edit my video.
• Refunds. Your first Club payment is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of joining and haven't used any Club content yet (no Club template, sound or 3D effect in a project or render). After that, cancelling stops future renewals, and payments already made aren't refunded, except where the law requires it.
• If your edition is refunded, we cancel your Club subscription at the same time, so it doesn't renew.
• Price changes. If we ever change the Club price, we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies to you. The new price applies from your first renewal after that date, and you can cancel before it does.

10. Your licence

When you buy an edition, we grant you a licence to install and use V LAB Studio on up to 1 Mac (Creator), 3 Macs (Studio) or 5 Macs (Agency). Each Mac you activate uses one of these; you can free a Mac and move the licence to another one. After the first activation, V LAB Studio checks your licence at most once a day and keeps working offline for up to 14 days after the last successful check. Your licence doesn't expire, and the version you own keeps working. If we ever stop the licence checks, or Lemon Squeezy's licence service ends, we'll first ship a free update that removes the online check, so the version you own keeps working. Fixes and compatibility updates are included for 12 months from delivery (from your order date, if you buy on or after October 16, 2026). The full text is the Licence Agreement.

11. Commercial use and your content

• On every edition, you can use V LAB Studio for personal projects and for your own business and channels, and use the videos you make commercially: in your ads, on your store and on every social platform. Making videos for paying clients needs the Agency edition and its client licence.
• Music and sound effects come from our own library, made by us or released under licences such as CC0. You can use them in the videos you make with V LAB Studio, commercially within your edition. You can't extract them and use or share them as standalone sound files. Music you add yourself is yours to license.
• You need the rights to any logo, photo, footage, music, voice or likeness you bring in.
• Your prompts, files and videos are yours. We don't receive them (see the Privacy policy).
• Built on Remotion. V LAB Studio uses the Remotion video engine. Remotion is free for individuals and for companies of up to 3 people. If your company has 4 or more employees, you need your own Remotion company licence (remotion.dev/license). Getting it is your responsibility.

12. Claude Desktop and other third parties

V LAB Studio runs inside Claude Desktop, which is made by Anthropic. Your use of Claude is governed by your agreement with Anthropic, and is billed by Anthropic. Anything you type or attach in a Claude chat, and what V LAB Studio shows Claude while it works (such as preview frames), is processed by Anthropic, as in any Claude conversation. Making a video uses your Claude plan's limits, and how much depends on the video.

We don't control Claude Desktop or its extension support, and we can't promise how future versions of Claude Desktop will change. That is what the compatibility updates are for. We can't guarantee that every future change to Claude Desktop can be worked around.

13. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• make or distribute content that is illegal, or that infringes someone else's rights (copyright, trademarks, image or personality rights);
• impersonate a real person or brand in order to mislead, or make defamatory, harassing or hateful content;
• make ads that break consumer-protection law or the rules of the platform where you publish them, including rules on disclosing synthetic or AI-assisted content where they apply;
• share your licence key, or resell, sublicense, publish, redistribute or give away V LAB Studio, its templates, its 3D kit, its sound library or Club packs;
• reverse-engineer V LAB Studio, except where the law allows it, or use its templates, the source code of its kit or its library to train AI models;
• get around activation limits or licence checks.

You are responsible for the videos you make and for how you use them. The full list is in the Licence Agreement.

14. Rewards for posts and reviews

We reward customers who review V LAB Studio, and, while that offer is open, those who post a video they made with it.

A review gets 5 templates. How to claim them:

1. Email your review to support@vlab-studio.com (any rating). We send you 5 templates.
2. If we publish it on our site, it carries a "received 5 templates" label.
3. If you post it elsewhere, say you got templates for it, and only where that site allows rewarded reviews.

A post gets 5 premium templates, while that offer is open (the Rewards section of the home page then shows the account to tag): post a video you made with V LAB Studio, tag that account and email the link to support@vlab-studio.com. Say in your post that you got templates for it.

These rules always apply:

• Reviews: any honest review counts, whatever its rating. A reward is never conditional on a positive review or a 5-star rating, and we never ask for one. We never edit, hide or filter reviews by rating.
• Where we show a review whose author received a reward, we say so right next to it (for a review: "received 5 templates").
• If you post a video and receive a reward for it, say so in your post (for example with #gifted, or the platform's paid-partnership label). Advertising rules require it.
• Only people who have used V LAB Studio can be rewarded for a review. One reward of each kind per customer. Rewards have no cash value and can't be exchanged.
• We may refuse a reward for a post or review that breaks the Acceptable use rules or isn't genuine.

15. Support

Support is by email at support@vlab-studio.com. With Agency, priority support means a reply within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays, Paris time). With the other editions, we reply as quickly as we can.

16. Warranty and liability

If you are a consumer, you keep all your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content under the law of your country (in France, articles L224-25-1 and following of the Code de la consommation).

Beyond those rights, V LAB Studio and the Club are provided as described on the product page. We don't promise that they will be free of errors, that they will suit every purpose, or that every video will meet the rules of every ad platform. Keep copies of the projects and videos that matter to you.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, and under consumer law. Within those limits:

• if you are a consumer, we are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these Terms, and not for loss that was not foreseeable;
• if you buy for a business, we are not liable for indirect loss (such as lost profit, revenue, data or business), and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your edition plus the Club payments of the last 12 months.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms, for example when the law or the product changes. For your edition, the version in force on the day you ordered applies. For the Club, which continues month to month, we'll email you at least 30 days before a change that matters to you, and you can cancel before it applies. We won't change these Terms to take away something you paid for without your agreement.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there. If you buy for a business, the courts of Paris, France have jurisdiction.

The purchase itself, between you and Lemon Squeezy, is governed by the law named in Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms.
